We Program manage Customers New Product Introduction programs

• Ensuring HW and SW design meets product requirement Specifications.

  • Ensure product development teams follow robust product and Technology development process.

  • Drive DFx goals across teams

  • Set up priorities, intermediate goals, and reviews to meet overall objectives.

  • Manage integration of Mechanical, Electrical and Software aspects of the project.

•  Ensure HW and SW project timelines meet the program timelines.

• Manage resource utilization and resource requirements.

• Coordinate with cross functional teams -Manufacturing, Supply chain, Product support, Field service, Marketing, Sales, Application, Quality, process, Technology development; departments to meet new product program objectives.

• Monitor Program Cost 

• Manage Joint Development exercise with customer's customer. Conduct periodic Program review meeting with customer to review Joint Development progress.

  • Travel to customer's customer  location for -Program review meetings, specify/audit facility requirements, demonstrate product capability, understand field problems
